After a pleasant walk through the beautiful streets of Peschiera del Garda, we felt the need to slow down and enjoy a quiet moment. So, we stopped at Bar Luna, located just a few steps from the port and close to the lakeside promenade.
The location is perfect if you want to relax after sightseeing. There’s paid parking nearby, but we recommend walking — the town is too lovely not to explore on foot.
Bright Spaces and a Summer Vibe
From the outside, Bar Luna immediately feels welcoming. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere — almost like sitting in a veranda.
Inside, the mood stays bright and relaxing. White wooden details and soft pastel colors give the space a beachy, summer feel. It’s spacious, tidy, and quiet. Best of all? At sunset, the warm glow of the sun fills the room, making the whole place feel magical.
A Local Aperitif Experience
We checked the menu through a handy QR code and decided on a glass of Custoza, a local white wine. We also ordered some soft drinks. Along with the beverages, a nice plate of mixed snacks arrived — salty, crunchy, and just enough to complement the drinks.

The wine was fresh, aromatic, and perfectly balanced — ideal for an aperitif. The snacks were simple but tasty, clearly prepared with care. Everything came quickly and made the break enjoyable.

What really impressed us was the price. For under €5 per person, we enjoyed good wine, soft drinks, snacks, and a relaxing view by the lake. A great deal, especially in such a touristy area.
